OBITUARY: EvaDean Last Rydalch, 78, of Modesto died of natural causes Friday at Memorial Medical Center.
Mrs. Rydalch was a native of Garland, Utah. She lived in Modesto for 44 years. She was a registered nurse for 30 years and worked in the maternity ward of Modesto City Hospital and Doctors Medical Center. She was a member of the Modesto 2nd Ward in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was also a member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Relief Society. She was a volunteer at Doctors Medical Center and Latter-day Saints Genealogical Library, Modesto.
She is survived by her husband, Floyd H. Rydalch of Modesto; children, Kim C. Rydalch of Modesto, Robyn Fonbuena of Jackson, Cheryl Schilling of Clearfield, Utah, Jeni Groseclose of Brentwood and Rosemary Nelson of Fort Worth, Texas; brother, Charles Boyce Last of Brentwood; sister, Janice Castleton of Woods Cross, Utah; and 22 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Orangeburg Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Eaton Family Funeral and Cremation Service in charge of arrangements.
Remembrances may be made to Missionary Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, c/o Frank Bispo, 1912 Devonshire Ave., 95355.
