Court of Pleas & Quarter Session minutes of Jan 1764 ordered that "James Sanders have leave to administer on the Estate of James Sanders Dec'd and offers for his securities Locwick Tanner, esq. & Hardy Sanders who accepted and took the oath of Administrator."
