MARRIAGE: Marriages of Rutherford County, NC, Thomas Ralans md. Nanc y Armstrong 17 Apr 1792 , wit. Martin Armstrong; J. Miller
Thomas and James Rollins on 1800 tax list in Warren county, Ky.(976.9R4k), both of age by that year. Charles Rollins died that year. We know from history in Indiana that James was a son of James, raised in London, Engl. Thomas with James in same place other children of James Sr. went from Rutherford county, N. Car. The Thomas Blount's in area of Martin and Pitt are tied up partly with those of Surry county, Virginia which borders North Carolina to the south. In Surry we have two Blounts, a father Thomas and a son, William who married Priscilla's and could be related to James's wife.
Much supposition here.
