- PROBATE: Estate of Ezekiel Frost to be administered by Allice Frost. Alice Frost Morris Co. NJ28 May 1762 Know all men by these presents that we Alice Frost and William--- of the County of Morris province of New Jersey----whole and firmly bound unto his excellency. Josiah Hardy ----commander in chief in and over the said promise of New Jersey in that ----money to be paid to the said Josiah Hardy his successor in assigns to ----which payment truly to be made we bind us, our heirs ---- ----- ---- ---- firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated the twenty eighth of May Ano Domino one thousand seven hundred and sixty two. The condition of th e above obligation is such that of the above bound Allice Frost administratrix of all and Sin gular the goods, chattel and credits of Ezkiel Frost last of ----Roxbury County. Morris and Province of New Jersey above said deceased do make or cause to be made ---the said deceased which have or shall from the hands possession acknowledge of the said Allice Frost or unto the hands of any other persons --- for her use, and the same so made, exhibits or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the --- --- --- office at Burlington on or before the twenty second day of July next inscribing his same goods, chattels, creditts of above said deceased at the time of death or which at any time after shall come to the hands or possessions of the said Allice Frost or rent the land or possessions of any one person or persons for her use -----eighth day of May now next insueing the date hereof and all rest & residue of the said goods, chattel and creditts what shall be found remaining upon the account of the said administratrix the same ---frost examined and allowed of, by the Judge for the time being of said Perogative Court shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the said Judge for the time being of the said court by his decree a --- pursuant to the --- intent & meaning of ---parliament made in the 22nd & 23rd years of the reign of King Charles I I entitled an act for so long --- ito --- shall limit & appoint and if it shall hereafter appear, that any last will & testament was made by the above said deceased and the executor of Executors herein named and exhibit the same --- --- court making request to have it allowed an d approved accordingly of the said Allice from --- hereunto required do Render & Deliver up the said letters of administration, approbation of such testament being first had and else to stand in full force & virtue in the law. Sealed & Delivered in the presence of Roger Flatman? Allice Frost (her mark) Allice Frost the Adm within named being duly sworn did depose that Ezkiel Frost did without a will as far as she being ---- ad that she will and truly administer all and --the goods , chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased which have and shall come to her hand or possession or the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her use and that s he will make a true and perfect inventory of the said goods, chattels, rights & Creditts an d Exhibit the same unto the perogative office at Burlington and render a just and true account of her administration.
